Please click on each of the following documents, print them out, and read them thoroughly. The Tech Inspection form and Medical form must be turned in at the track. Note that you will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader to display and print many of these documents. If you don't already have the Acrobat Reader, it is available as a free download from Adobe's website.
Documents that you MUST bring with you to the track:

Tech Inspection Form (CCC/instructor)Required for all driving school student's and instructor's vehicles that will be driven on the track.

Use the professional version for inspections at a dealer or shop. The CCC/instructor version is for inspections performed by instructors when no lift is available.Minor's Waiver Form Required for all minors admitted to the track premises. A parent or guardian must sign a minor's waiver form on their behalf at the track, or it may be signed in advance if notarized. *Note: Must be printed in COLOR
Turn in at track entrance.Student Log Book Prior RMC driving school students must bring their log book from the prior schools. First time students will be supplied new log books.
